Prepared by one of my favourite Cookery writers, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, it is the epitomy of excess that I love to see at Christmas time.
Actually I have prepared a five bird roast, turkey, goose, duck, chicken and pheasant. It was quite a lot of work but really spectacular and totally delicious.
Wonder what Mario's is planning for the Yuletide Fest?
